Brickforce is designed for structural reinforced masonry applications and consists of two main parallel wires joined by in-line welded cross wires. In this way, Brickforce is able to add strength to walls panels and assist in resistance to wind load. The main wires are manufactured into a flattened profile to enable the product to be easily located into a mortar joint without steel build-up problems at lap positions and corners/ junctions, or when used in conjunction with wall ties. Brickforce is available in a range of different wire diameters for specific structural loading situations and in a variety of product widths to suit different block or brick leaf construction. BARTEC Couplers

Bartec® is a parallel threaded mechanical splicing system designed for the connection of concrete reinforcing bars from Ø12 to 50 mm (ASTM #4 to #18). Bartec® couplers are designed and manufactured in compliance with Eurocode 2, BS 8110, DIN 1045, ACI 318, IBC, AASHTO, ASME Sec III Div 2. Bartec has the added advantage of being a stress-free installation as no torque wrench is required. One standard coupler for all splicing requirements (Standard / Position). Type 2 coupler suitable for seismic areas. Tested under reverse cyclic conditions. Solves bar congestion problems.

“ The process of Rib & Block is as simple as the product itself ” Thekwani understands that you as our client do not always know how to get the process started and that is why we are here to facilitate the entire Rib & Block process for you. Customer to supply Thekwani with the Engineer ’s design/schedule for Rib & Block. (Customers who do not have an Engineer yet, can send their architectural Drawings in order for us to obtain a free analysis from an Engineer for quoting purposes. The quote will include Engineering fees as well as a minimum of two Site Visits by him. Quoting lead time will depend on the Engineer’s response time). Once all the necessary information has been obtained, we will provide you with a quote that will be valid for 7 days. Due to the fact that rib and block are made to order only, a deposit of 50% of the total value of the quotation is payable before any manufacturing will commence. Once the manufacturing process is done, the date of delivery will be communicated to the customer. The balance payment is due at least 3 days prior to the delivery of finished goods
